Calls For Life, a DBA of Virtual Marketing, LLC ("Calls For Life," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website callsforlife.com and related services that allow licensed insurance agents to purchase and receive inbound phone calls and to book introductory calls (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact information such as your name, business email address, and mobile phone number.
  • Business information such as your agency name, product focus (Final Expense, Medicare, ACA, etc.), states you are licensed in, and production level.
  • Booking information such as intro call date and time and any notes you submit.
  • Communications you send to us by email, SMS, or phone.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies (including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel and similar analytics tools) to improve the Services and measure marketing performance.

3. How We Use Information

  • To schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, or follow up on intro calls you request.
  • To send transactional emails and SMS messages related to your account and bookings.

4. SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and submit a form on the Services, you expressly consent to receive recurring transactional and promotional text messages from Calls For Life at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
